“Graham is not only one of the success stories in recruitment, but he is also one of the most thoughtful consultants”

- Toby Marshall

‘’Tec is absolutely a must for a business. The ability to clarify and clear out all the issues that are bothering you in a group situation is fantastic. I certainly recommend Tec and Graham Jenkins as an exceptional Tec chair. He is certainly someone who has helped me personally and my business.’’

- Rob Pizzie

As a CEO Coach, Mentor and Headhunter, Graham supports business owners to grow their companies, retain senior staff and develop as effective leaders.

In his early career, Graham was in sales and marketing management, primarily focused on consumer goods and the automotive sector. After 10 years, he gained a reputation for building high-performance teams and growing market share through targeted marketing programmes.

In the eighties, Graham worked in general management of two internationals – Jaguar-Rover and General Electric. In both, he implemented a restructuring programme that improved the profitability of his business units.

Graham was appointed to a leading executive recruiting practice in 1987. He handled assignments in property, manufacturing, IT and financial services, recruiting Board positions, General Managers and other senior executives.

He established his own company Trinity in 1991, where he built the reputation, expertise and size of the organisation. After 13 years, he sold it to a publicly-listed company and still remains active in executive search and recruitment. The experience of growing a large and profitable business and selling it to a listed company is invaluable when advising CEOs.

Graham is a past NSW President of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA) and also sat on the National Board. During his time, NSW saw substantial growth and was heavily involved with government lobbying on behalf of the industry. In recognition, Graham was honoured with Life Membership.

As a member of TEC, Graham is Chair of TEC 31, and also runs a KEY Executive group for senior executives just one level below the CEO in their company.

Graham now operates as a business mentor, executive coach, executive search consultant and recruitment strategist. He will help you gain the tools you need to become an effective change agent and strategic leader.
